Comfortable, clean room with laminate flooring which felt much cleaner than carpet. The super-firm beds provided a great night's sleep. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking English well. a very pleasant stay.

During my recent stay at Candia, I was amazed by the amazing views from the rooftop terrace. The sight of the Acropolis and the Athens skyline was mind-blowing. I also loved that there was a small swimming pool on the rooftop, perfect for refreshing dips and enjoying the atmosphere. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the service provided by the staff was great. The kindness and helpfulness of the reception staff, cleaning people, and waiters were commendable. I want to give a special shoutout to Olga, who managed the bar on the rooftop terrace and made our experience even better.

The hotel has a small swimming pool on the terrace, perfect for cooling off after a hot day exploring. The breakfast served here is great, with even real hot chocolate available. We found the receptionists to be very helpful, especially one who spoke Spanish. there is a fantastic Greek tavern just two blocks away for delicious meals.

We had a last-minute stay at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well equipped. We especially appreciated the kettle with tea and coffee provided. The rooftop bar offered a stunning view of the Acropolis, which was definitely a highlight. The rooftop pool also looked very inviting, although it was popular with other guests.

The reception staff was helpful, but there were times when there needed to be more staff on duty, especially during check-in and check-out times. However, this did not hinder our overall experience at this hotel.

The noise from the open roof restaurant and pool was disruptive if your room was on the 6th floor. The rooms were small and lacked plug points next to the bed, making it inconvenient.
